Cu harul Sfântului Duh și pentru rugăciunile Sfintei Fecioare Maria, la biserica noastră Sf. Vasile-Tătărași, am sfințit Duminică - 15 iulie, după Sf. Liturghie, cele 30 de veșminte preoțești pe care le dăruim cu multa dragoste preoților ortodocși din Episcopia Kisumu, Kenya. Realizarea acestor veșminte o datorăm frumoasei colaborări dintre parohia noastră și Schitul Lacu de la Muntele Athos. Mulțumim părinților athoniți, în special Pr. David, precum și tuturor credincioșilor care au pus atâta inimă ca să putem trimite acest dar fraților noștri preoți din Africa.
With the grace of the Holy Spirit and for the intercession prayers of our Ever-Virgin Mary at our church St. Basil-Tatarasi, in the Sunday of July 15th, after the Divine Liturgy, we blessed those 30 priestly vestments that we offer with much love to the Orthodox priests from the Diocese of Kisumu, Kenya. The making of these garments is due to the beautiful collaboration between our parish and Lacu Hermitage from Mount Athos. We thank the Athonite monks, especially to Father David, as well as to all the faithful who have put so much heart in order to be able to send this gift to our African brothers.
